I am a trauma informed therapist, neurodiverse and a somatic experiencing practitioner accredited by EASE with grounding in psychodynamic counselling and Transactional Analysis (TA) and currently doing an MSC in TA psychotherapy at Metanoia.
My approach is a multi-functional one, as in I recognise that our mental health is not separated from our bodies nor should we be separated from nature. To be able to connect with ourselves we need to connect to our environment and where we come from. Holistically I look at healing from the inside out so our gut health and nutrition are key areas to support clients mental health and areas that I have training in as is, Polyvagal theory, cold water therapy, neurodiversity, TIST, IFS and creative expression.
I have found that the use of movement, exercise, immersing yourself in nature, surfing, swimming, cold water, writing, singing, dancing are not just valuable regulation resources but also incredible healing tools.
In an earlier career, I was a project director, dealer and specialist in the art world gaining significant experience of how the creative world can benefit our mental health. Working in this creative environment gave me first hand experience of the power of art and the transformation that self expression can deliver.

Take the first step to processing trauma, finding your own identity and become in awe of yourself and what you can achieve.
In addition to my private practice I work as a trauma informed somatic experiencing practitioner at Khiron Clinics where I have the privilege of being at the forefront of trauma training and I have continuous opportunities to learn from the leading lights within this field, such as Gabor Mate, and training from Richard Schwartz, Linda Thai, Janina Fisher, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Frank Anderson, Rugh Cohn and Dan Siegel.
I have worked with diverse client groups and I have a special interest and training in supporting clients who are
peri-menopausal and menopausal women, sexual abuse victims, neurodiverse individuals and those with complex mental health needs such as addiction, CPTSD, PTSD, depression and anxiety.

My individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Practising in a somatic, multi-functional and compassionate way, I am passionate about supporting, empowering and providing a personalised toolbox for my clients to takeaway to continue their own recovery. I am dedicated to helping my clients develop their own identity through supporting them to connect and listen to their bodies, using SE, movement and Relational TA psychotherapy. To give them an understanding of their own nervous system and internal systems to support safety, regulation, processing and ultimately healing that lasts beyond our sessions together.
